The Sun Never Quits and Neither Should You
Your skin is exposed to the sun’s rays 365 days a year from sunup to sundown. While UVB rays are strongest from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. daily, aging UVA rays are as strong at 9 a.m. in late December as they are at 12 p.m. mid-August. This is why wearing an effective broad-spectrum sunscreen daily is every bit as important in the fall as it is in the summer.

Your Aging Skin
We are aging all the time, but what it looks like is up to you. Every woman wants to be beautiful, but lines and wrinkles are not attractive. But with so many skin care products on the market how do you sort through the hype and find products that really work?
The first thing is to identify the skin issues you want to correct; whether it is brown spots due to sun damage, minimizing the look and appearance of pores, adult acne, or reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The key is to look for products that contain active ingredients with clinically proven results rather than a specific name brand.
Hydro Quinone is great for fading brown spots; and benzyl peroxide for treating acne. Alpha-hydroxy acids remove the top layer of dead skin cells around the eyes reducing fine lines and wrinkles. They also may help stimulate collage production and products that contain a Retinoid like Retin A can reduce large wrinkles and repair sun damage. Topical vitamin C can increase collagen production and correct pigmentation problems and improve inflammatory skin conditions. Idebenone helps with skin roughness and dryness. Peptides increase collagen production and diminish fine lines and wrinkles.
Advances in medicine have made it possible to look good at any age. 80% of how you age is up to you. Look at your habits. Smoking, drinking, sun exposure, exercise, and nutrition all impact how rapidly our body’s age. Consistent use of the right preventive and corrective anti-aging regiments along with healthy habits help you redefine your age. You can look and feel as young as you choose. 50 isn’t the new 30, it’s just 50 can look a whole lot different today than it did years ago.

Text, Audio, or Video? How to Choose
Text microblogging sites are way ahead of audio or video ones. Remember not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera or has an interesting voice for audible recordings. Video microblogging is not real time unless you are using a live video feed. You need a fast connection or you won’t get good audio or video quality.
Video microblogging has a wow factor. It’s fairly easy to get up and running since most new computers and laptops have cameras built in. The sites that offer video microblogging are web-based so there is no special software to purchase and download. You always have an archive of recorded conversations and it’s inexpensive.
Podcasts can be used as easy demos and feedback when you can’t be there in person; the comments are much easier to follow than texts which can lead to misunderstandings.

Be Brief
A tip for concise communication.
One of the realities is that people won’t stay on our site long if they don’t find it interesting. Most people scan the page to determine if it is a site worth reading. With that in mind, the blog should be visually appealing and concise and to the point. My blog is meant to be informative. Some new piece of information that you can learn quickly and easily.
Being concise is also about being clear without sacrificing important details. Decide on the subject and then move in that direction. Asking yourself over and over does the reader really need to know this?
Use key words that someone would type into a search engine and find your article. Use these words several times. So get going.

Say it again.
